I receive IBANs from multiple countries and I keep missing that different countries have different required lengths.

Add country-aware IBAN length validation that automatically checks the required IBAN length based on the IBAN’s country code. This reduces failed payments and rework by catching length issues at entry time.

This feature validates IBAN length using the country code embedded in the IBAN, ensuring the input matches that country’s required character count. When a user enters or pastes an IBAN, the system detects the country code (first two letters) and applies the correct length rule. If the IBAN is too short or too long for that country, the UI highlights the issue and explains the expected length. The validation can be applied wherever IBANs are collected, such as beneficiary setup, payout forms, invoice payment details, or bulk import flows. It helps prevent downstream bank rejections by catching formatting issues earlier in the process. The feature supports teams that handle international payments across many regions and reduces manual checking against country-specific requirements.
